CRISPY FISH FILLET

A light and a no sweat dish that can make you feel proud even if you are a first-timer cook. Here’s how to make it:

What you need

1 kg Fish Fillet (Cream Dory Fillet is perfect)

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Bread Crumbs

White Flour

A pinch of salt and pepper

For the Dip:

½ cup Mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tsp Lemon Juice

STEPS:

  1. In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, flour, pepper and a pinch of salt; mix well. In another shallow bowl, beat egg with lemon juice (optional) until well blended.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Dip each fish fillet in egg mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Then, fry until golden brown. Once done set aside.
  3. For the dip: mix everything together and it’s ready. If you don’t like making one, a bottle of ketchup and a drop of hot sauce is perfect or you can buy sweet and sour sauce in a bottle.
